Support is open during normal business hours – M-F 10-7, Sat 10-3. E-mail must be sent to support@eaglemicrocomputers.com. If phone support cannot fix your issue, you will receive 15% off our on-site rates or in house services. Examples of issues that could not be fixed remotely would be – hardware failure, virus blocking Internet connectivity, or your Internet is down.
